Carers Group Programme
This support programme is held twice each year, it provides support to informal carers of patients with a life limiting illness. It consists of eight informal sessions, which cover all aspects of care.
Each session will be led by a professional service provider who will discuss thier role and support available. Carers will have the opportunity to meet with other informal carers.

- Changes in Body Image
- Charnges to Personal Relationships
